Our team in the sun-soaked São Paulo office is currently seeking an ambitious Contracts, Consultancy & Privacy Manager to join the team full-time.

As a Contracts, Consultancy & Privacy Manager at our company, we expect you to be responsible for the following:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, and clients.
- Provide internal legal advice on matters related to corporate, data privacy, commercial, and regulatory law.
- Ensure contract compliance with current laws and the company's internal policies.
- Monitor and interpret changes in legislation that may impact the company's operations.
Implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve legal issues.
Manage the registration and filing of legal documents and contracts.
- Control and respond to data subjects' requests exercising their rights to the controller, in accordance with the LGPD.
- Implement and update privacy and data protection policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with LGPD and other international data protection regulations.
Required skills:
Post graduation in civil law and/or data protection,
English intermediate (B2 level)
Relevant experience in contracts and data privacy
Previous experience with people leadership and management
Will be considered a plus:
Experience in the iGaming market
Highly self motivated with a hands on profile
