Job Description:

As a Technical Recruiter at FuturByte, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop strategies for identifying and evaluating candidates. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:


• Conduct comprehensive research and sourcing activities to identify top-tier technical talent across various channels and platforms.
• Employ advanced sourcing methodologies and tools to identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to comprehend technical job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate and screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS)

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and terminology.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
