Position Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will facilitate the scrum process on scrum teams with cross-functional impacts that involve moderately complex product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
  • Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Guide, coach, and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity.
  • Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Identify key KPIs.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
  • Help the product owner organize the product backlog.
  • Execute all Scrum ceremonies according to the scheduled plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
  • Good skills to coach team to follow agile scrum, which works.
  • Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
  • Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.
  • He should have knowledge about Agile techniques like User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games.
  • Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Reporting:

The Scrum Master will provide regular reports to senior management on the progress of the Scrum teams.
