WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

DELIVERY

• Using your knowledge and experience to help develop world-class web and mobile applications for leading organisations in South Africa.
• Using structured techniques (design thinking, UML, BPMN, process flows) for software solution diagramming.
• Creating wireframes, UI designs, and documenting customer journeys.
• Developing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Facilitating user story sessions and backlog grooming with Agile tools.
• Analysing APIs for seamless integration.
• Engaging in various stages of the SDLC, from system design to analysis, scoping, and estimation.
• Researching innovative technologies and implementing them in projects to drive innovation.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, other Sciences or a BCom in Information Systems.
• Minimum 4 years' experience working as a business analyst within an agile software development team.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of and experience in business systems and processes.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into detailed specifications and interface with technical teams.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a drive for continual improvement.
• Pro hybrid working model working from the office on average 2 – 3 times per week.
• A strong customer-facing ability.
• Flexibility to work across a variety of different environments and tooling.
