WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Delivery

• Designing and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, using Apex, VisualForce, Aura lightning components, LWC, Test class development, and coverage.
• Exploring methods to enhance product quality through containerisation and continuous integration, fostering a streamlined DevOps culture.
• Engaging in various stages of the SDLC, from system design to analysis, scoping, and estimation.
• Researching innovative technologies and implementing them in projects to drive innovation.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, Aura lightning components, LWC, Test class development, and coverage.
• Experience with Salesforce integration with other platforms.
• Good understanding of coms Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com platform.
• Experience working in a delivery team together with other disciplines to deliver a product.
• Proficient in Agile software development methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a drive for continual improvement.
• Pro hybrid working model working from the office on average 2 – 3 times per week.
• A strong customer-facing ability.
• Flexibility to work across a variety of different environments and tooling.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
