About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our customers growing team. In this role, you will leverage data to drive strategic decision-making, build predictive models, and uncover actionable insights that support business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and marketing to solve complex problems using data.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
• Communicate findings through data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data.
• Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments.
• Monitor model performance and retrain as necessary.
• Stay current with the latest data science trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong knowledge of statistics and data modelling techniques.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
