Vendor Manager (Localization Industry)

Job Overview:

We need to hire a VM for FT to close the gap between our Talent Management team and our Account Managers and PMs' needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for responding to inquiries of customers about our translators' resources.
2. Responsible for the onboarding & staffing of freelance translators around the globe.
3. Respond to requests, inquiries & provide effective solutions on time, elaborate and clarify information.
4. Building a solid global database of translators for long term business needs.

Qualifications:

• Min of 2 years of experience in talent resourcing and vendor management (preferable in localization industry)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Taking initiatives to respond to challenging situations.
• Very Dynamic and multitasking person.
• Good Experience in building a successful business relationship with customers.
• Team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
• Knowledge and eagerness to learn and identify new translation technology tools.
