About the job Instructional Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D team on developing and delivering trainings that support training strategic goals and development needs/requests across departments.
- Apply ID theories (SAM-ADDIE-Gagnes Principles- Bloom's Taxonomy-Action Mapping) on all opened training needs Internal or Clients.
- Design and manage research proposals or projects.
- Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communicating with SMEs, Trainers, Managers, and Clients representatives -potential or existing-.
- Work with subject matter experts and identify target audiences training needs.
- Set instructional end learning objectives, define course syllabus, and create content that matches them.
- Conduct product knowledge research, creating or developing new training manuals, guides, and course materials or improving existing ones based on intended learning objective.
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances knowledge retention and transfer.
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessment instruments such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course.
- Create a positive learning environment ensuring that allows appropriate motivation, direction, coaching, and feedback to achieve learning objectives.
- Proposing new training tactics and techniques to improve learning experience in light of industry trends.
- Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
- Ensure that training programs are uploaded, reviewed, and published on an e-learning platform.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Maintains records and generate updates on each research task status.
- Perform periodic training quality checks and ensure product compliance with standards Regulations, specifications,
- Proposing new techniques to improve research quality and team productivity.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 0-1 year experience in field of Training Delivery or Training Design is preferred.
- Certified Instructional designer is a MUST.
- Familiar with different Search Engine types, crawlers, Indexers, and database.
- Excellent interpersonal, Strong analytical, and research skills.
- Proficiency in English both written & verbal as well as Computer literacy and Proficiency in MS Office suite.
