Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and goals.

• Define project scope and objectives and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

• Develop and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.

• Create business process models and identify areas of inefficiency and potential for improvement.

• Design and develop solutions that meet business requirements and align with project goals.

• Conduct testing and validation to ensure that solutions meet requirements and are ready for deployment.
• Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and other involved parties.
• Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Worked in large-scale/enterprise systems analysis is a must.
• Solid experience in writing Systems Reference Document (SRD) and Software requirements specification (SRS) documents.
• Good background on SDLC. Software Development Life cycle.
• Very good writing skills in both Arabic and English, including technical and business writing.
• Outstanding analytical capacity paired with a profound business sense.
