About the job Sales Team Leader (B2B)
- Works closely with Senior Management, will be responsible for the delivery of Sales KPI's targets through managing all outbound sales activities to meet agreed-upon sales targets.
- Responsible of setting sales targets for all the team in coordination with the brand managers & monitoring the sales process to ensure all team members follow standard procedures while communicating with the clients.
- To ensure that aggressive sales, productivity & quality targets are met month by month
- Leadership and management of the sales team members to achieve the required sales target for all brands from different clients and regions.
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team capabilities.
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of sales team full process, standards, policies and procedures.
- Responsible of periodical reports to the Head of Sales & Account Management & brand managers about the company sales, team members performance, etc.
- 3 years experience in sales in the Gulf market specifically in service selling B2B
- 1-year experience in sales team leading/supervision
- Preferred industries: Translation/Localization, Digital Marketing, Software/IT
- Very Good command of written and spoken English
- Leadership and Motivation Skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks to team members and keep track of sales goals, the team leader needs to be well organized
- Communication skills
