Software Project Manager

Job Description :

• Provide end-to-end project management.
  Deliver software engineering projects in organization
• Gain deep understanding of business requirements, data structures and data models.
• Develops and maintains a vision for the project.
• Liaise between company, customer and several third parties.
• Follow project status and modify to mitigate risk and ensure success.
• Present regular project status upgrades to executive management.
• Provide detailed professional planning for projects activities, with budget and resource allocation.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Negotiate deadlines, budget, and effort estimations with the resources and stakeholders.
• Successfully close and deliver software engineering projects in the organization.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent is a Must.
  Agility is a Must.
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
• Previous experience in the Information Technology field is a must.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Arabic) to interact with business and technical stakeholders on a daily basis.
  
• Critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
  
• Contract negotiation.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
