As an e-commerce manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the company's online sales channels. By developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies and managing all aspects of the company's online operations, you will help to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


1. Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to increase sales and revenue.
2. Managing the company's website to ensure that it is user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
3. Overseeing the company's online marketing and advertising campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and pay-per-click advertising.
4. Analyzing sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Managing the fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to e-commerce, such as data privacy and consumer protection laws.
7. Collaborating with other departments, such as IT and finance, to ensure that e-commerce operations are integrated with the rest of the business.

Requirements:


1. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required, as is previous experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience as E-commerce Manager.
3. He/ She must have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and be able to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
4. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
6. Experience with order fulfillment processes.
7. Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize website content for search engines.
8. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau.
