The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and forecasts.
• Assist in the development of financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations from budget or forecast.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including data collection and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
