About the job Deputy General Manager (Capital Management)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager (Capital Management) for our esteemed property client. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in securing funding, managing financial operations, and expanding the company's financial network. This is a strategic position requiring a deep understanding of capital management, real estate finance, and international financing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead initiatives to raise capital for various projects and business expansion, leveraging company assets and projected earnings. Craft and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies.
- Identify and secure funding from international markets, expanding the companys financial reach globally. Foster relationships with international financiers.
- Liaise with banks to obtain credit approvals, ensuring terms are favorable for the company. Manage and strengthen existing banking relationships.
- Oversee the review and negotiation of loan agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and beneficial terms for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline financial operations and provide critical financial insights.
- Build and nurture relationships with new financial institutions to enhance the companys financial network. Identify and engage potential financial partners for growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees and professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are highly regarded.
- Minimum of 10 years in the mainland Chinese real estate industry, with a background in investment banking or consulting. Demonstrated success in capital raising and financial management.
- Deep understanding of real estate policies and development models in mainland China. Familiarity with the local market and regulatory environment.
- Proven experience in managing domestic and international debt restructuring for Chinese real estate companies. Ability to develop and implement effective restructuring plans.
- Skilled in using investment analysis tools with strong analytical capabilities. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with skilled business negotiation skills and rich negotiation experience; a high sense of responsibility, adaptability and resilience.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Director (Capital Management).
