Senior Project Officer - IT solutions

Our client is an established sports school located in Science Park. They are looking for a high-caliber candidate to join their expanding team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the successful implementation and support of our cutting-edge smart sports equipment in schools across Hong Kong, leading and supervising a team of project officers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of project officers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Manage the installation process for smart sports equipment in schools, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide exceptional post-sales support to schools, addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
• Offer technical expertise and support related to computer networks and connectivity, ensuring smooth operation of the smart sports equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our installation and support processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in network installation, firewall setup, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in leading and supervising a team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for technology and its application in sports.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
