About the job Customer Services Officer- Wealth Management
Our Client is a leading, established Pan-Asian financial services firm with a strong presence in Hong Kong. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Services Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about wealth management products and services
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC Checking, and other administrative tasks
- Execute client orders including HK and global equities, bond, fund, and structured products.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, escalating to the appropriate department if needed
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry
- Current holder or ready to possess SFC licenses RA1 (Dealing in Securities)
- Knowledge of wealth management products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
