Our Client is a leading, established Pan-Asian financial services firm with a strong presence in Hong Kong.  We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Services Officer.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about wealth management products and services
  • Assist clients with account opening, KYC Checking, and other administrative tasks 
  • Execute client orders including HK and global equities, bond, fund, and structured products.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, escalating to the appropriate department if needed
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Current holder or ready to possess SFC licenses RA1 (Dealing in Securities)
  • Knowledge of wealth management products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
