Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced and proactive Relationship Manager for their Corporate Banking team. This role involves business development with a focus on cross-border clients, structuring banking products, and managing client relationships to enhance income opportunities and portfolio quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business opportunities with a primary focus on cross-border clients, bridging banking services between the US and China.
  • Structure and solicit various banking products to clients, prepare detailed credit proposals, and coordinate the onboarding process.
  • Maintain strong communication with teams in the US and China to provide seamless banking services to clients.
  • Cultivate existing client relationships to identify and explore further opportunities for growth and increased income.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and management of client portfolios, including annual reviews, financial monitoring, and report tracking.
  • Conduct thorough KYC/AML reports for client onboarding, working closely with related departments to meet clients daily banking needs

Requirements:

  • University degree with 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking.
  • Strong credit analysis skills with hands-on experience in deposit acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Team player, self-starter, and detail-oriented professional.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
  • Qualification with the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) is preferred.
