About the job Financial Institution Admin Officer - General Administration Department
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join client's General Administration Department. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, particularly in working with personnel from mainland China.

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
提供全面的行政支持,以确保办公室运作顺利。 - Manage leasing negotiations and related administrative tasks in Hong Kong.
负责香港的租赁谈判及相关行政事务。 - Implement effective filing systems and confidentiality document management.
实施有效的档案管理系统并维护文件保密管理。 - Manage fixed assets and office supplies, including procurement and inventory oversight.
管理固定资产和办公用品,包括采购和库存管理。 - Daily admin reception, and logistical services.
日常行政接待和后勤服务。 - Assist with internal and external communications and employee engagement activities.
协助内部和外部联络及员工参与活动。 - Monitor administrative operations and prepare monthly reports for the head office.
监控行政运作并为总部准备月度报告。 - Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
要求:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
大学本科或同等学历,并具有至少三年的相关工作经验。 - Strong negotiation skills in leasing matters.
在租赁事务方面具备强大的谈判能力。 - Proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and conversational English.
精通广东话、普通话,并能进行一般英语会话。 - Understanding of the culture of Chinese enterprises.
了解中资企业文化。 - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
