We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to oversee the financial health and operational efficiency of our retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau. This role is pivotal in managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring budget adherence, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and monitoring of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for retail outlets in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Analyze P&L statements to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Implement a performance ranking system to pinpoint underperforming stores and devise targeted improvement strategies, such as staff realignment or promotional activities.
  • Evaluate and manage store operating expenses, including rent, labor, and utilities, to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Design and maintain dashboards that provide insights into key performance indicators like sales, gross profit, and inventory levels.
  • Prepare comprehensive business analysis reports with actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and oversee financial controls across all retail operations.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including invoice processing and legal documentation management.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or financial analysis, with a strong focus on P&L management.
  • Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and performance dashboards is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn.
