About the job HR Manager
Our client, a well-established bank, is looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their HR team. Working closely with the Head of HR, this role is key to ensuring smooth HR operations, optimizing HR policies, and maintaining market competitiveness in compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of HR to create and implement HR policies that align with the companys strategic goals.
- Regularly review compensation and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive within the market.
- Oversee the daily HR functions, including payroll management, compliance with labor laws, and employee record-keeping.
- Participate in recruitment processes from talent sourcing to job offer issuance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration for new employees.
- Support the performance management process, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to enhance employee development.
- Address employee relations matters, providing advice to managers and fostering a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on HR industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and operations in the banking sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
