About the job Customer Service & Dealing Officer

As a Customer Service & Dealing Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling dealing activities for our client, a leading financial institution in Hong Kong. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
  • Conduct trade execution and settlement for various financial products
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in the financial industry
  • Holder of SFC Type 1 and 2 licenses is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is a must
