Middleton Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of multi-disciplined projects and project teams. The role will involve fostering client relationships and exploring opportunities for growth, client management, and a high level of involvement in the technical aspects of the projects.
In collaboration with senior management, you will have commercial responsibility of major energy infrastructure projects. Other responsibilities include:
- Identification of project opportunities within existing client portfolios and new client opportunities.
- Ensuring projects are adequately planned, budgeted, resourced and programmed.
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and schedule and meeting or exceeding the business and project quality requirements.
- Leadership and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
- Actively driving and participating in tender and proposal preparation.
- Preparation of monthly reporting on project performance against budget and schedule.
- Interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders, enhancing Fyfe's presence and position within the Australia energy market.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor of Engineering, ideally with a background in HV Electrical, Civil or Structural.
- Demonstrated management and delivery experience in complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, ideally in power generation and/or HV electrical infrastructure.
- Well connected, driven and ambitious, you will be confident in your ability to lead teams, manage clients and deliver design projects in the energy sector.
- Proven experience in both technical and people management.
- Demonstrated success in business development and work winning.
- Strong analytical and technical report writing skills.
- A strong commitment to client satisfaction and quality of work.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
