About the role

As we continue to expand our WA operations, we are seeking a Chief Surveyor / Survey Manager to provide operational oversight across a diverse project portfolio. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who wants to influence direction, elevate standards, and play a key role in delivering some of Australia's most significant projects.

What else will you be doing:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary surveying team
  • Oversee delivery across major civil, infrastructure and construction projects
  • Act as the senior technical authority and escalation point for complex engineering surveying matters
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 clients and key stakeholders
  • Drive quality assurance, compliance, and risk management standards

Skills & Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Surveying
  • Licensed / Registered Cadastral Surveyor (highly desirable)
  • Extensive experience across civil and construction sectors
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing large-scale, high-risk projects
  • Strong understanding of QA frameworks, compliance obligations and risk mitigation practices
  • Advanced proficiency with survey technologies and software (Civil 3D, 12d, TBC and related platforms)
  • A track record of maintaining exceptional technical accuracy and documentation standards
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management capability
