The Opportunity

Fyfe's Surveying team works across land development, infrastructure and property projects throughout South Australia. With our workload growing, we're looking for an experienced Cadastral Drafter to prepare accurate, compliant documentation and keep projects moving.

You'll use your cadastral expertise on a varied range of projects that support communities and development across South Australia.

The Impact You'll Have

• Prepare Deposited Plans, Community Plans, Easement Plans, Lease Plans and Land Division documentation to a high technical standard
• Manage Digital Plan Lodgement submissions and coordinate plan approvals through South Australia's DPL system
• Respond to and resolve plan examination requirements from Land Services SA to support efficient project delivery
• Produce compliant cadastral plans and associated documentation that meet Land Services SA requirements and legislative standards
• Support Licensed Surveyors through the preparation and delivery of survey and cadastral documentation
• Build strong working relationships with surveyors, planners, engineers, government authorities and clients to achieve successful project outcomes

What You'll Bring

You'll bring established cadastral drafting experience and a strong understanding of South Australian land division and cadastral requirements.

• Demonstrated experience as a Cadastral Drafter within South Australia
• Strong working knowledge of Digital Plan Lodgement (DPL) processes
• Experience preparing plans for submission to Land Services SA (LSSA)
• Sound understanding of South Australian cadastral legislation, land division processes and Plan Presentation Guidelines (PPG)
• Proficiency using AutoCAD or similar drafting software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation
• Well-developed communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
