About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Survey Project Manager to join our WA Division and work across diverse projects.

In this role, you will have the chance to oversee a range of projects, including construction, engineering, cadastral, and 3D reality capture. You will be responsible for managing Tier 1 contractors and other clients on some of Australia's largest projects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in client liaison and project management principles. What else will you be doing:

  • Assisting the WA Survey Manager in the allocation of appropriate resources to deliver major projects
  • Provide expert technical advice and direction to Surveyors ensuring successful delivery of projects.
  • Participate in the review, development and improvement of work systems and practices to enhance project delivery.

Skills & Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Tertiary qualifications in surveying
  • Proven experience in surveying with demonstrated career progression
  • Demonstrated resilience and willingness to take on any task
  • Proficiency in using a wide range of survey equipment and software
  • Experience in the civil and construction industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Interest in financial reporting and developing business acumen
  • Ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with clients
