About the role
Our Energy and Resources Engineering Division delivers specialist gas, hydrogen and renewable energy projects across the country. These include process plant modifications, upstream flowlines, well leases, network gathering systems, major gas transmission pipelines, above ground processing facilities, as well as hydrogen and renewable energy facilities.  

Our Brisbane office is currently recruiting for mechanical engineers to join our program and work across a diverse profile of projects.

What to expect:

Apart from working with a great group of people, you will be accountable for:

  • Preparation and review of engineering design documents
  • Engineering calculations and datasheets
  • Equipment sizing and selection
  • Interaction with inter discipline engineers to execute multidiscipline projects
  • Continuous improvement and optimisation (new ideas to improve what we do)
  • Secondment opportunities including (but not limited to); Production engineering, Project engineering, Reliability Engineering, Integrity Engineering, Pipeline Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Drilling/Completions Engineering

Specific Discipline related items such as:

  • Flow assurance modelling
  • Dispersion modelling
  • Process control design
  • Hazardous area design
  • Piping stress analysis
  • Pipeline Engineering

Your background:

  • Experience in the Energy & Resources sector, 1 yr minimum
  • Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
  • Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and technical report writing skills
  • A strong commitment to client satisfaction and quality of work
