About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Project Support Officer to join the team. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience providing project support services such as project set-up, financial reporting, purchase orders and invoicing. The role also involves personal assistant support to the Survey Manager whilst also providing administration support to a broader team within a professional services environment.

Responsibilities & Experience

The ideal candidate will be available full-time, however, for the right individual, part-time may be considered. This will be underpinned by Microsoft Office skills and prior experience in a support role.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Financial support including accounts payable functions, generation of purchase orders, financial reporting, reconciliations and processing of reimbursements
  • Project administration support to the Project Managers, including setting up projects, preparation of project-related documentation, tenders and proposals
  • Corporate reception including switchboard, couriers, mail, visitor and client liaison
  • General administration support including training coordination, IT ground support, catering, induction of new staff, and coordination of office resources
  • Personal assistant support for the Survey Manager, including monthly report collation, travel bookings, calendar and client management
  • Mob-in/mob-out support, including travel bookings and accommodation arrangements
  • Ensure motor vehicle inspections are occurring and book vehicles in for servicing and maintenance.
