About the Role

The Administration Officer works with the NSW Survey team to plan for and provide ongoing general administration activities to support operational requirements for the NSW Survey Division.

Apart from working with a great group of people, you will undertake a range of tasks, including:

  • Training coordination, booking activities and maintenance of training registers
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail on a daily basis and organise couriers as required
  • Complete invoicing as directed
  • Timesheet and payroll administration
  • Undertake procurement and accounts payable activities
  • Manage office stationery supplies including ordering, purchasing and general maintenance
  • Undertake project support activities including tender preparation, database and Project Tracker management.

About your experience:

  • Demonstrated office work skills and experience
  • Competent computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software packages and systems
  • Understanding of professional consulting environment
