NGH is seeking an experienced and strategic Practice Lead to head our Planning and Approvals team in Queensland. You'll drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and deliver top-tier environmental consulting services aligned with our corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and key client relationships
- Inspire and manage a high-performing, collaborative team
- Oversee project delivery, risk management, and profitability
- Align team capabilities with market trends and strategic goals
Requirements:
- 15+ years industry experience with strong technical and business acumen
- Proven success in business development, client management, and team leadership
- Degree in Environmental Science, Archaeology, Engineering, or similar
- Excellent communication, planning, and financial management skills
