Finance Business Partner – Drive Strategy, Influence Leaders, Shape the Future

We're searching for a Finance Business Partner who brings strategic thinking, commercial acumen and the confidence to challenge assumptions. You'll work side‑by‑side with senior leaders to drive performance across complex, high‑value project portfolios.
Your impact:
- Advising senior leaders on commercial strategy, pricing and contract structures
- Leading financial modelling and scenario analysis to guide key decisions
- Overseeing project performance and identifying risks early
- Driving governance around WIP, variations and commercial exposure
- Partnering with project teams to lift performance and profitability
- Leading planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Delivering insights that shape growth, utilisation and margin outcomes
- Turning operational data into compelling executive‑level insights
- Building strong relationships and mentoring finance colleagues
What you bring:
- CA/CPA qualification
- Experience in engineering, consulting or project‑based services
- Strong project accounting and revenue recognition knowledge
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capability
- Experience in matrix or global organisations
- Background in finance transformation or automation
- Clear, confident communication skills
