We're looking for a detail‑driven Payroll Officer to join our Finance team and help keep our people operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy variety in your day, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting accurate, end‑to‑end payroll processing such as terminations, salary changes, superannuation any payroll variations
  • Responding to staff payroll queries
  • Contributing to ensure we meet all statutory obligations including superannuation, payroll tax and WorkCover
  • Processing new starters, terminations, salary changes and payroll variations
  • Maintaining payroll data and providing information to government and regulatory bodies
  • Assist with calculation and reconciliation of all leave entitlement data

What you'll bring

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Experience in Payroll
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Confident communication across all levels of the business
  • Chris21 experience and strong Excel skills (desirable)
