We're looking for a Transport Sector Lead a dynamic leader ready to take charge of everything transport at Fyfe.

What You'll Do

• Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing transport team.
• Drive project delivery across a variety of transport projects, from road upgrades, major intersections, haul roads and rail extensions,
• Secure new opportunities find, tender, and win projects that matter.
• Provide technical excellence and assurance across design, engineering drawings, and reports ensuring compliance with Austroads guidelines, Australian Standards, and industry best practice.
• Partner with government agencies, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects that transform communities.
• Mentor, support, and develop your team creating a culture of collaboration, learning, and performance.

About You

You are an experienced civil/transport engineer who thrives on both leadership and delivery. You may already be a senior manager with strong industry networks, or a rising star looking to prove yourself in a strategic role. Either way, you bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
• Chartered status (or eligibility) with Engineers Australia.
• Proven experience delivering complex transport infrastructure projects.
• Established relationships with state and local government, contractors, and key industry players in South Australia.
• Business development skills to grow the pipeline of work.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on problem-solving skills.
