Location: Countryside between Marlow, Henley-on-Thames and High Wycombe
Salary: Up to £50,000 gross per annum, depending on role and hours

Children: Two girls, four months and three years old
Start: Early to mid October, with some flexibility
A family based in the countryside between Marlow, Henley-on-Thames and High Wycombe are seeking a caring, experienced nanny to join them long term as they raise their two daughters.
The girls are four months and three years old, and both are happy and healthy. The eldest loves animals, reading and learning, and enjoys her current classes, which include ballet, phonics, swimming, forest school, gymnastics and football. She attends nursery and pre-school on a Wednesday and Friday, a five to ten minute drive from the house, and the family intend to add an extra school day on either a Tuesday or a Thursday from May 2027.
Both parents are sharing maternity and shared parental leave between them until May 2027.
The family live in a seven-bedroom house with a one-and-a-half-acre garden, with nice walks nearby. Amenities are a five to ten minute drive away, and Marlow, Henley-on-Thames and High Wycombe are all around fifteen minutes by car. The family intend to welcome a cocker spaniel soon, so the nanny must be dog friendly.
The role is around 40 hours a week and the family are flexible on a three or four day week. The nanny must be able to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from approximately 7.30am to 7pm. There is some flexibility around hours on Mondays and Fridays, as one parent does not work on those days. A driving licence is essential.
Typical nanny and nursery duties will be required, including keeping the children's bedrooms and playroom tidy. Basic cooking will also be required, along with organising age-appropriate and learning activities.
The family are looking for a family-friendly, patient and caring nanny with good communication skills and a gentle approach. They would like someone who will take the time to get to know the family and who will be with them longer term as the children grow up.
There is travel to the Cotswolds and St Tropez, roughly two to three weeks a year, with the opportunity for further travel if of interest.
If required, a self-contained annex with an open-plan bedroom and kitchen plus a bathroom will be provided. The family also employ a housekeeper.
