A family with three year old twins, a boy and a girl, are seeking a flexible and proactive nanny to join their established team in a retainer role. The family divide their time between India, New York, and Europe. They already have a strong rota structure in place, including a lead nanny and rota nannies, supported by wider staff.
Duties will be child focused, supporting the twins development, maintaining routines, and organising activities, but the retainer nanny will also assist with practical elements such as packing, documenting, liaising with hotels and working with the familys office team.
The role requires excellent teamwork and the ability to collaborate and slot into an established structure is essential. This position is well suited to a nanny with some experience who is looking for more flexibility, with room to grow into a rota role. Experience with high profile families is beneficial.
A minimum of 30 days holiday is included in the contract, and while the family's schedule follows a fairly consistent pattern year to year, they may provide 48 - 72 hours notice for when the nanny is required to work.
Candidates must hold an Enhanced DBS check, paediatric first aid qualification, and excellent references. A valid US work visa, Green Card, or American passport is required.
This is a dynamic role for a nanny who enjoys being active and getting stuck in, while also working seamlessly within a wider professional team. Reporting directly to Chief of Staff to the Nursery.
