Retainer Nanny - Dubai

Location: Dubai & Travel 

Salary: £48,000 gross per annum 

Schedule: 10 days per month, plus holidays with flexibility. 

Benefits: Flights are covered for any nannies travelling from outside of Dubai.

A family are looking for a wonderful and experienced nanny to support their two boys aged 5 and 4 during family transitions between two households. The role is primarily based in Dubai at the father's residence, with travel to other destinations during the school holidays. 

The family are looking for a nanny who is reliable, adaptable, and able to provide structure and routine in a shared care arrangement. Whilst the family would love to hire a Norland Nanny, they are open to experienced candidates with a strong background in childcare, especially those who are confident supporting children through changes in routine and environment.

As the role is 10 days per month with the father. During school holidays, the nanny will alternate specific days with mum and dad. The family are looking for a retainer nanny to have flexibility and cover when needed as there is potential for the family's schedules to change.
