Daily Nanny - Miami/Palm Beach, Florida

Location: Miami / Palm Beach, Florida, USA

Salary: £50,000 - £85,000 + private apartment and car

Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Start Date: August 2025

A family based in Miami is looking for a wonderful nanny to join their busy and exciting household. They have a 2 year old daughter and are expecting a new baby in September 2025.

Theyre seeking a warm, lively, and personable nanny who can fit in seamlessly with their lifestyle. This is a shared care role, so its important that the nanny feels comfortable working alongside others and contributing in a supportive, collaborative way.

Ideally, the nanny will have an interest in travel and a sense of adventure, as there will be opportunities to explore various locations, particularly around the U.S. The family would love for their nanny to embrace and enjoy these experiences.

Strong organisational skills are essential, as the family splits their time between different homes and needs someone who can stay on top of what to pack and plan for each location.

Although theyre looking for someone flexible with working days, the family is very mindful of hours and always aims to be fair and considerate with scheduling. Theyre happy for any extra hours worked to be banked and fully support their nanny taking extended time off, such as over Christmas or during the summer, just as their current nanny has done. This arrangement is ideal for someone who isnt from the U.S. and would appreciate the chance to travel home or enjoy a longer break. The family also provides separate, comfortable accommodation for their nanny in both their Miami and Palm Beach homes, along with use of a car for both duties and personal use.
