Role: Daily Nanny

Location: Parsons Green, London

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 6 pm

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000+ depending on experience

A family in Parsons Green are looking for a new long-term nanny to become part of their household. They have three children, a 6 year old girl, a 3 year old boy and a sweet 9 month old baby girl and are hoping to find someone who will support and grow with them.

The family are looking for a nanny who brings warmth, energy, and a proactive approach. Someone with a genuine interest in educational play, early childhood development, and fostering a loving, supportive environment will be a fit. Their parenting style is relaxed but thoughtful, with an emphasis on talking situations through and understanding feelings, rather than using rigid discipline.

The nanny's days will include organising educational, social and fun activities both inside and outside the family home (including taking advantage of Hurlingham Club membership), helping with school and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups (both just a short walk away), preparing healthy meals, ensuring the play spaces and children's rooms stay tidy after a day of activities and children's laundry. While this is mainly a sole charge role, the parents love to be involved when they can, so there will be times when they do drop off and pick up the children themselves.

There will be occasional babysitting in the evenings, as well as the chance to travel with the family during school holidays to their countryside home in Sussex or to Ibiza. When travelling, the nanny will always have their own private accommodation, and trips are no longer than two weeks at a time. A driver would be a bonus, but it isn't essential.
