A thoughtful and happy family are looking for an experienced Norland trained Nanny (or equivalent) to join their household on a 4/4 rota, caring for their baby boy, currently one month old.
The position is baby focused, but there is also an older sibling (age 3) in the household, who has his own dedicated rota nannies. The family are therefore looking for someone confident working alongside both children, while their main responsibility remains the baby, overseeing his development, schedule, and personal belongings.
The role is based between Mumbai and London, with the summer months typically spent in London. The family also love to travel and enjoy bringing their nannies along to exciting destinations.
The household is fully staffed and supportive, with an established team already in place around the older sibling. The current rota nannies speak very highly of the family and are willing to speak to candidates.
Although this is a rota role, the family are very conscious of ensuring their nannies are happy and rested. The position is a clean 7am to 7pm, with the existing team structure supporting clear handovers and proper time off.
During time spent in India, the family provide separate accommodation for the nannies, which can also be used during time off if they wish. The family and existing team will provide full support to ease the transition for candidates unfamiliar with India.
The family is looking for someone kind, gentle, and nurturing, who is a strong team player and confident working within an established household. The ideal candidate is professional, active, discreet, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
There are no housekeeping duties, but the nanny is expected to stay organised regarding the baby's belongings, schedule, and development.
The 4/4 rota schedule has some flexibility built in and can be adjusted where needed. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as the family travels extensively.
Interviews: The family return to London from mid-July, from which point face to face interviews can be arranged. Initial interviews can be conducted via Zoom in the meantime. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced
