A family based in Chelsea, are seeking two rota nannies to join them for a busy, sociable life split between London and Ibiza. Dad spends most of his time in Ibiza, so half terms, summers and plenty of weekends are spent there, with Christmas spent skiing in Verbier. The family are fun, relaxed and very social, and they would love to find two nannies who will settle in and stay with them for the long term.

Their two daughters, aged 4 and 8, are busy girls with a busy social life! The eldest is in Year 3 and loves her sport. She runs cross country, sometimes with an 8am start before school, plays netball at weekends and takes part in gymnastics. The youngest is happiest outdoors, riding her bike, heading to the park or playing in the square. She is at pre-school on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9am to 2pm and on Friday mornings. She will start school next September. The youngest has speech delay, so patience and someone happy to support speech and language development are important.

Play dates are a regular part of the week. Friday night is usually movie night at home with the neighbours, and mum loves the girls and their nanny heading out for dinner with other nannies and their children. A nanny who enjoys being out and about and has a good circle of nanny friends will fit right in.

Afternoons include nursery pick-up, filled with activities, play dates and time outside. The nanny will plan the girls' meals and cook for them, with trips to the butcher and shopping for fresh ingredients. Mum would love someone to teach and encourage good manners and good behaviour, along with keeping on top of school admin, kit and the week's plans. The days are full, with some downtime too. There are two housekeepers who look after the home in London, and a mini sausage dog.

Spanish or a good knowledge of Ibiza would be really useful, and a nanny who skis would be beneficial, though neither is essential. The family are happy to split Christmas between the two nannies and are flexible on how that works. They would just like a long-term and happy team! Driving is preferred but not essential.

Rota experience is not required, what matters is two nannies who get on and work well as a team. A Norland background would be preferred, but an experienced nanny with a strong track record is just as welcome. They are looking for someone organised and structured who loves an active, sociable life and would enjoy growing with the family over the coming years.
