A family based in Putney are seeking an experienced, highly organised Nanny/PA to join their busy household. With three children aged 9, 7, and 5 all at different schools, this is a role that requires someone confident managing multiple schedules, happy to work closely alongside mum, and genuinely energised by an active family life.

Mum works part time from 9am-2pm and is very involved in the logistics of school life. She is looking for someone to tag team with her in the afternoons and evenings. During term time, the focus will sit primarily with the youngest (B5), who is working towards his 7+, with attention shifting to the older children around clubs and activities.

During the school holidays, one child is usually at a camp or tennis tournament, so it is rarely all three together. Some weeks will be busier, some quieter. The family work collaboratively and are looking for someone who is flexible, reads the room, and adapts day to day without needing direction.

The two older children are both seriously into tennis and compete regularly. Some IT skills would be a real asset here, as the role involves keeping on top of tournament registrations, schedules, and planning.

Alongside the nanny duties, the role includes PA responsibilities: eg. taking the car for the MOT, vet appointments, sourcing and organising birthday presents for parties, supermarket runs, post office errands, and staying on top of school admin such as fairs and sports matches.

Someone who is proactive, organised, and happy to get stuck in. The family have a housekeeper who currently handles the main household cooking, but they would love the nanny to cook fresh meals for the children where possible. The family also have two cats.

Travel is not a requirement, though there may be the occasional trip away, roughly a week a year, and it would be appreciated if the candidate were open to this.
