We are expanding our team and looking for an HR Generalist who will own the entire hiring process while also supporting our employees throughout their journey with the company. This role combines full-cycle recruitment with core HR responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building teams and creating a great employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to interviews, offers, and contract signing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees, gather feedback, and help resolve day-to-day people-related matters.
  • Support managers with employee relations and HR processes.
  • Maintain HR documentation and assist with people operations.
  • Continuously improve recruitment and HR processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a People Partner/HR Generalist role.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment in the gaming industry (PC/Console).
  • Good understanding of game development roles.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Experience onboarding new employees and supporting them throughout their employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, employees, and managers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English, both written and spoken. 
  • Experience conducting employee 1:1s.
