Job Title: Driver / Personal Assistant (PA)

Location: Tigoni, Limuru

Gross Salary: KES 30,000 - 45,000

Reporting To: Managing Director

About Our Client:

Our client is a multifaceted professional managing both an architectural firm and a farm. To support their busy schedule, they are seeking a dependable and adaptable Driver/Personal Assistant who will handle both transport and personal assistant responsibilities across urban and farm environments.

Job Purpose:

The overall purpose of this role is to provide reliable driving services, manage the client's daily schedule, and offer logistical and operational support between the office and the farm. The ideal candidate will be more than just a driver someone dependable, highly discreet, and able to assist with administrative and operational tasks across both the office and the farm.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Transport Duties:

  • Safely transport the client to meetings, site visits, and errands as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, servicing, and general upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
  • Operate the company's canter lorry for deliveries and pickups.
  • Drive and operate a tractor for light farm tasks when required.

Personal Assistant Support:

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and basic correspondence.
  • Assist with errands, filing, and coordination with suppliers, staff, or service providers.
  • Handle courier services, document deliveries, and other admin-related logistics.

Farm & Logistics Support:

  • Support day-to-day tasks at the farm as directed by the client.
  • Load and offload materials using the canter or tractor.
  • Provide hands-on assistance for logistical support related to farm produce or inputs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating both light commercial vehicles (canter) and tractors.
  • Prior experience in a personal assistant, administrative, or support role is an added advantage.
  • Minimum KCSE certificate; any training in mechanics, admin, or logistics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with farm operations or logistics work will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to multitask and work flexibly in mixed (urban and rural) environments.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday. Flexibility is required depending on the Managing Directors schedule and workload.
