About the Client:

Our client, is a growing provider of professional laundry and home/office cleaning solutions in Nairobi. As demand for quality home and office cleaning services increases, they are seeking an experienced and hands-on Home Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mobile cleaning teams.

Job Purpose:

The Home Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily cleaning assignments, ensuring service quality, and maintaining professional client interactions. The role requires strong people management skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to uphold company standards in diverse client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise day-to-day mobile cleaning operations in residential and commercial spaces
  • Allocate duties and supervise the performance of cleaning staff during site assignments
  • Conduct routine and spot inspections to ensure all cleaning meets the clients quality standards
  • Train new and existing staff on cleaning techniques, customer service, and company SOPs.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and the company, handling feedback and resolving issues.
  • Monitor staff attendance, manage timekeeping, and coordinate job scheduling.
  • Ensure efficient use and tracking of cleaning supplies, tools, and protective gear.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years experience supervising cleaning teams, preferably in home, hotel, or facility-based settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train teams.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Presentable, reliable, and able to represent the company professionally in the field.
  • Sound knowledge of cleaning techniques, detergents, and hygiene protocols.
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of software tools and their usage.
