They provide end-to-end hygiene solutions through:

  • Industrial and institutional chemical products (detergents, disinfectants, sanitizers)
  • Cleaning equipment and dosing systems
  • Integrated service offerings (contract cleaning, pest control, laundry solutions, and water treatment)

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution-based selling within the hygiene, chemical, or facilities services sector, with a proven ability to generate revenue and build long-term client relationships.

This role is suited for individuals who understand industrial and commercial client needs and can position integrated solutions rather than just products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients across target sectors (manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, institutions)
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans within assigned territory or sector

2. Solution-Based Selling

  • Understand client operational needs and recommend appropriate chemical, equipment, and service solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations, site assessments, and solution presentations
  • Customize proposals that deliver value and efficiency to clients

3. Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the company's solution portfolio

4. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to support product and service improvements

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in hygiene solutions, industrial chemicals, FMCG, or facilities services is highly preferred
  • Background from a reputable and structured organization is an added advantage
