Job Summary

Responsible for supervising daily salon operations, managing staff, hiring talent, and ensuring excellent customer service and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hiring & Talent Sourcing

• Source and interview candidates

• Support hiring and onboarding

1. Team Management

• Supervise staff and schedules

• Train and motivate team

1. Social Media

• Ensure posts and content are uploaded regularly

• Respond to messages and comments

1. Customer Service

• Handle clients and complaints professionally

1. Operations

• Ensure cleanliness and smooth daily operations

1. Sales

• Promote services and increase sales
