Salary Range: KES 50,000 – 60,000

Role Overview

We are currently building a talent pool for the position of Presales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support deal closure
  • Assist in lead qualification and maintain accurate sales documentation
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs

Proposal & Tender Management

  • Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and commercial quotations
  • Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and tender submissions
  • Analyze tender documents and develop compliant, high-quality responses

Client Engagement

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Customize solutions based on client requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Market Research & Business Development

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments
  • Identify and support new business opportunities

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates
  • Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and client interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar presales or sales support role
  • Experience in IT, software, or security systems is an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Experience in tendering and bid management
  • Ability to prepare and interpret technical proposals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
