Job Description:
Principal purpose(s) of the position
The Financial Analysis Supervisor will be responsible for the planning, coordination, preparation, analysis, and reporting of the financial study of major projects. He/she will be in-charge of the budget preparation.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Evaluates major projects and investments
- Checks capital expenditure form for approval of authorized signatories to monitor if the requisition is within the approved budget
- Checks monthly reports for Head Office and monthly result of operations for Management Committee
Budget and Forecast Function
- In-charge in the budget preparation including preparation of timelines, assumptions, templates, etc.
- Checks and reviews budget package for submission to Head Office
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant
- Experience of at least two (2) years under same position
- Preferably with experience in preparation of financial statements and budget and expense analysis
- Knowledge in Oracle System and Data Analytics
- Knowledge in Budgeting Software & Tools
