Job Description:
The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the production area. Ensure that all process lines are effectively and efficiently working towards achieving the objectives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial Engineering
- Equipped with at least five (5) years of work-related experience in a food manufacturing set-up
- Highly knowledgeable of GMP, SSOP, ISO900, HACCP, and HALAL requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written form
- Preferably Assistant Manager, Manager specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations and equivalent coming from FMCG industry
- Willing to be assigned in Mabalacat, Pampanga
