  • In charge in salesman reconciliation regarding shortages in Pampanga area.
  • Ensures that all corrections from the invoices are modified
  • Determines and analyzes the shortage/overages per salesman.
  • Reports any irregularities in sales transactions.
  • In charge in monitoring compliance to B&C guidelines and policies within Pampanga operation.
  • In charge in monitoring of all forms issued to salesman (invoices, DR, RS)

Qualifications

  • College graduate of any accounting or business-related course
  • Proficient in MS Applications
  • With at least 1 year of work experience in handling invoices
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Mabalacat, Pampanga (onsite)
