Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels of finished goods, baked products, and trade items in the warehouse.
  • Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure system accuracy.
  • Generate inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, overages, or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to align stock levels with demand.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the system (e.g., ERP or inventory management software).
  • Recommend improvements in stock control and storage strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal inventory policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or any related field.
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in inventory analysis, warehouse coordination, or a similar role (experience in FMCG is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory systems or ERP tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends or holidays if needed.
